We are building an operating system for growing companies that, for the first time, does the work instead of just recording it. That is a genuinely hard product problem: payroll statute, GST, multi-entity accounting, warehouse operations and clinical workflows all have to be correct, and an AI layer sitting on top of them has to be correct about all of it at once.
The team is deliberately small and unusually senior. We would rather have six people who have shipped payroll for a real company than twenty who have not. If you have worked in or close to the businesses we serve — manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, logistics — that experience is worth more here than another year of framework fashion.
We are remote-first and we mean it. There is no head office your career depends on being seen in. We meet in person a few times a year for planning and for the parts of the work that genuinely go better face to face, and we cover the travel.
What we ask is high standards and directness. We write things down, we disagree in the open, and we change our minds when the evidence says to. If you have opinions about what business software should be and have been frustrated by what is on the market, you will recognise the place quickly.
