How Kanha Logistics Got Control of 120 Vehicles

The problem
Four systems, one version of the truth missing.
Consignment notes were written by hand and keyed in later, often with errors. Drivers submitted fuel bills weeks after the fact. Proof of delivery arrived as blurry photographs in a group chat, and disputed deliveries took a fortnight to resolve because nobody could find the paperwork.
The solution
One data model, activated a module at a time.
The Logistics pack put trip planning, consignment tracking and route optimisation on one system, with a driver app that captures ePOD and cash collection offline. Fuel entries are read from photographs by the Invoice Reader agent and matched against the trip.

Sunil Warrier
Operations Director, Kanha Logistics
We were running a hundred and twenty vehicles on paper and goodwill. Seeing every trip, every litre of diesel and every delivery in one place changed how we price work.
The result
Less reconciliation, faster decisions.
Route optimisation cut fuel cost by fourteen percent across the fleet. Billing now goes out the day a trip closes rather than a fortnight later, and delivery disputes are settled in minutes because the signed ePOD is attached to the consignment.

Rekha Joshi
Accounts Head, Kanha Logistics
Billing used to lag trips by two weeks. It now goes out the same day, which pulled nearly a crore of working capital back into the business.
