How Meridian Textiles Replaced Four Systems With One

The problem
Four systems, one version of the truth missing.
Attendance came off biometric machines as CSV files. Payroll ran in a desktop package. Stock lived in spreadsheets that the plant updated weekly and finance trusted monthly. Every statutory deadline meant a scramble, and the management accounts were three weeks stale by the time anyone read them.
The solution
One data model, activated a module at a time.
Meridian moved to the Everything Plan and imported eleven years of their existing ledger history in a single run. Attendance now flows from the same biometric devices straight into payroll, PF and ESI are computed automatically, and the plant records stock movements on the mobile app as they happen.

Month-end used to take my team nine days of pure data entry. It now takes two, and most of that is review. The supplier tax data reconciliation alone saved us a full-time role.
The result
Less reconciliation, faster decisions.
Payroll went from five days to under half a day. Month-end close went from nineteen days to four. The Compliance Agent has filed every return on time since go-live, and the managing director now sees plant-level margin on the day it happens rather than a month later.

We tried two systems before this and both failed for the same reason — the shop floor would not log into anything. WhatsApp had ninety percent adoption in the first week.
