Fee reconciliation against bank statements took the accounts team a week each term. Parents called the office for balances and results. Staff payroll, with its mix of teaching and non-teaching statutory treatment, was outsourced and slow.

The solution

One data model, activated a module at a time.

The Education pack brought school ERP, the LMS, examinations and fee collection onto the same platform as HR and payroll, with a parent app for attendance, results and fee balances.
