You pay the Collections Agent a share of what it actually recovers, the Invoice Reader per document processed, and the Candidate Screener per candidate screened. If an agent produces nothing in a month, it costs nothing that month. Every subscription also includes a monthly AI credit allowance.

That is why capture is messaging-first. Attendance, leave, expense claims, approvals and payslips work from a WhatsApp or SMS thread in the local language, with no app to install. The mobile apps add offline capture for order taking, job cards and stock counts where connectivity is unreliable.
Most single-entity companies are running in about a fortnight: a week to import and verify opening balances against your last filed return, then a week of parallel running. Multi-entity and multi-country rollouts are usually sequenced one market at a time. There is no implementation fee.
